Amanda Dominello is a living kidney donor and primary carer of an adolescent with chronic kidney disease. She is a consumer representative at the Centre for Kidney Research at The Children’s Hospital Westmead and is involved in research projects that address the treatment and care of people with kidney disease. Amanda is a public health researcher with experience in public health advocacy, tobacco control, health promotion, implementation science and health policy. She works for a not-for-profit organisation that engages with governments, health organisations and researchers to analyse policy problems and find the best evidence-based solutions. She is an Adjunct Lecturer at the Menzies Centre for Health Policy, University of Sydney.
