Important Dates

Registration Fee Payment Deadline by Presenting Author: 15 July 2021 (Thursday)
E-Poster (PDF) submission deadline: 15 July 2021 (Thursday)
Pre-recorded video (for oral presentation) submission deadline: 15 July 2021 (Thursday)

The congress will be streamed live on CAST 2021 virtual platform.

Here are a few tips to make sure your presentation is successful. Please read carefully and contact us if you have any questions.

General Guidelines

All accepted Abstracts in Oral and ePoster format MUST submit the recording link to us via the submission links in your respective abstracts' acceptance emails. Unfortunately, due to the high volume in emails, your email submissions to will not guarantee your submissions.


Category General Guideline
Oral Presentation The presenting author must pre-record his / her presentation, submit the file onto the submissions links in your respective abstracts' acceptance emails and be present LIVE at the session for the Q & A.
E-Poster Presentation The accepted abstract will ONLY be displayed on the virtual platform. There will be no presentations.


All oral presentations MUST be pre-recorded and must also submit ePosters.

All presenters for oral presentations should present remotely for their session and to be ready for the LIVE Q&A.

How to Record:
a. Zoom (Instruction Video)
b. Microsoft Powerpoint (Instruction Video). Please export the completed PowerPoint file to MP4 format.
c. Prezi (Instruction Video)
d. Screencast (Instruction Video)
How to Submit:
You will first need to upload the completed files onto your preferred file sharing platforms. Following are some file-sharing platforms you may use (not limited to): 
  • G-Drive
  • Drop Box
  • iCloud
E-poster Posters are considered to be of equal importance as oral presentations, in the core scientific program. They will be displayed in the virtual platform.
